What you are buying
A printable costume guide (PDF) for one costume design, priced at $1.99 USD unless a different price is shown at checkout. It is a digital product for your personal, non-commercial use. No physical item is shipped.
Digital delivery
Your guide unlocks right after your payment is confirmed, on the same device and browser you bought it from (or in your account if you are signed in). You can view, print or save it as a PDF from the guide page. Access is tied to that purchase and may not be shared or resold. If you cannot reach your guide, email us and we will help you get it back.
Consent to immediate delivery and withdrawal
Because the guide is delivered right away, by buying you ask us to start delivery immediately and agree that, where the law allows, you lose any right to cancel or withdraw once the guide is unlocked. This does not affect your rights if the guide is faulty, not as described, or never delivered.
Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final once the guide has been delivered, except as stated here or required by law. If the guide does not unlock, is broken, or is materially different from what was described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Failed or duplicate charges
If your payment fails, you are not charged and the guide stays locked. You can try again. If you were charged more than once for the same guide, or charged without receiving it, email us with the date, amount and costume link. We will refund any duplicate or undelivered charge after we confirm it, usually within 7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take longer to post them.
Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax, VAT or similar tax that applies to you will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor on a secure checkout page. We do not see or store your full card details. The processor collects your name, email and payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. Your statement may show a processor or Human Instinct LLC descriptor.
Promo codes
Promo codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
